Shocked to see those Escorts cut up. Good old Vauxhall engines in too.
I Know of a mega rusty white RST in Bournemouth which has been parked in a side street for as many years as I can remember. Surely wouldn't pass an MOT, but walked past yesterday and it has a years tax on it! Il get a pic next time im down there.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
Spotted a moonstone 3 door in a garage, possibly a 500 as the bumper was a 500.
Stopped outside a random house in Derbyshire to answer my phone, glanced over and there it was covered in dust and random garage crap, doesn't look like it's seen daylight in a long time.
The guy came out and shut his garage door and went inside, probably looked like I was planning something sat there in my old discovery.
Well I know where it sits and my plan is to go knock on the door next time I'm out that way and see what's what.

i used to know of a moonstone 3 door in chessy,never seen it for years maybe it's the same one.
it's fucked,theres loads of close up pics on pistonheads,been parked up ten years.gets me when folk have garages but dont put the cars in

I have saved 3 the past few weeks
Mk3 xr3,barn stored for 11 years,forgot to get a pic before loading it
Graphite grey xr3,quite solid,stored outside for countless years.
Finally a red rs1600i,stored next to the white xr3 but in the leaky barn for 20 years.
Just sold it and loaded it onto a guy from Leicesters trailer,he's going to give it the works.
Good luck to him!

It isnt abandoned but my friend on my street has recently purchased a 1953 Prefect, very clean car! Been sat years

Its amazing what turns up, went to a farm local to me to pick some eggs and potatoes up this afternoon. While walking past an old barn and at a quick glance I seen these 2. Got talking to the lady and she told me they had been in there at least 5 years.they are her sons and he didnt bother with them any more, now married with kids etc. She also mentioned that he was on about selling them. The car is complete with nothing missing and the other is a excellent condition shell with engine and other bits. The guy had bought 2 and made one good one. Lady said what time her son would be there if I wanted to speak to him.
