I also noticed that, I wonder if whoever makes those adverts about untaxed cars is a bit of a Ford fan as they used a white 3 door in another ad for untaxed cars.

I hate dvla advert for that reason.

I know. First time I saw that advert I was in the girlfriends living room with her parents and said "Shit thats a Mk2 Escort stacked up there! What a shame. I dream of finding one in a scrappy like that and save it" and everyone looked at me and her mum said, "you really do need help don't you"

funi you say about the mk2, when the first dvla advert came in a fews year back about the "new tax rules" there was a white 3 door cossie sittin in someones garden if i remember correctly
