How do these little vans age? Im thinking of buying an 04, where are the common areas for them rotting?

Mines a 55 and the only Rot I had was under the front lip of the bonnet ���� nice little van do well on fuel, they aren't too bad for speed too I have the 75bhp and it's plenty

My brother's one (2003) had rust along both sills, don't know if it's common or if just a one-off problem.

I've seen lots with rusty/patched sills

Just had both sills done on my 08 connect tourneo, both were like Swiss cheese. Other than that it's a great van.

biggest problems i found when we had them for fleet was the rubber boost hoses tearing, canvas replacements solved the problem, tyre wear, because they are so car like to drive, the sliding door runners rusting out on the sides

and stupid drivers putting petrol in them
