Just booked a track day for the 17th April just for a bit of fun etc...

My cars due a service in 2k miles, should I get it done before the track day or wait until its actually due?

First time doing a track day so is there anything I should know or do before I go?

Before the track day and get an oil change afterwards.
You don't want to be going on track with old oil as it gets an absolute hammering on track.

Make sure you have decent tyres and brakes. Give the car a good check over too. Once you have done one track day you will be addicted.
