best bet would be either -35/40mm springs and uprated dampers or height/damping adjustable coilovers. Gaz do a nice coilover kit for £500, im waiting on mine to arrive

coilovers would probably be the better of the 2 but they do cost more. for this you get adjustable height and damping tho so you can tune the suspension to your preferred driving style.

shouldnt stiffen the ride up too much. i think pumas need lowered more at the back tho as the rear sits a bit high for my liking. personally i would drop the front 40mm and the rear 60mm but thats just me, the ride would be a little stiffer in the back but it would look much nicer.

at the end of the day its up to you, any 35-60mm springs and shocks will do as theyre all around the same spring rate so there wont be that much of a difference between manufacturers.

Go with eibach springs with standard dampers. Your local dealer should be able to sort you out. Ive got eibach springs with koni dampers on my rs turbo and its well crap. But eibach are supposed to be good but they are just no suited to my koni dampers.

i have koni dampers with the eibach springs, lowered 30mm all round and is great!!!! i wouldnt lower it any more than that or (depending on wheel size) you will start having problems! i would try the standard dampers with lowered springs first as its cheaper and you will see how you like it!
