Escort MK6 1.8 Si Question
i've now got a Mk6 1.8 si again, this is my third in total, last one only lasted 6 days! but i had the 1st one about 2 years, my question is about the rear brakes and wheel bearings, on the first one i had real problems with the rear wheel bearings going all the time and its started again on this one i've got now, i want to know if there are any other ways, besides an RS2000 rear disc conversion that i can put rear discs on my escort, this may sound a bit weird but i believe if i have discs on the back it shouldn't go through wheel bearings quite as much? any help or any ideas on how i can solve this problem would be greatly appreiciated,
cheers

its a simple problem wit the wheel breaings , the rear spindles wear out to the point where even if you putnew bearings there will still be play in them and they wear really fast , all you need to do is buy new rear spindles and all will be fine again,.
