As new, just not used.

I assume would be ideal for budding photographers and the like.

this is more for ensuring adequate lighting conditions in the work place, most dslr's have built in light meters.
there are specific photography ones, but have inputs for aperture, shutter speed and iso values.
£45+ off retail is a good price.
