For sale is a 2.7 ETA engine from an E30 BMW - i was told by the previous owner that this is a proper Alpina engine and not one built using 525e parts.

Obviously I have no way of checking this so am selling it for a fraction of the price that a proper Alpina 2.7 engine will sell for.

I only drove the car once in the time i had it and it sounded good with no rattles, squeeks or funny noises. No leaks either. It was was quick too and lit the rear wheels up easily.

look at the block it should say M20/B27 if it does its the real deal if not then its been made up with a 325 top and 525 bottom or a head from b25 and 2.7 block GLWTS

i know the head has 2.7 eta stamped on it - will ask my mate if the block has m20/B27 stamped on it too
