I have one of these that came with a car I purchased. I've only ever had it lit up, not actually used it but can't see why it wouldn't work.

It comes with a pressure sensor and a switch. It goes require a temp sensor, these are £32 delivered from SPA themselves

There are a few marks on the surround but otherwise its perfect.
