iPHONE 3G.
I have had the following replaced/repaired at a cost of £110 with receipts.
* New screen.
* New LCD.
* New on button.
* New card holder tray. (The tray mechanisim was missing from the phone meaning that instead of the tray ejecting itself you need to pull it out yourself.)
* New mother board.
I have had the phone unlocked to any network which also accepts PAYG. The WI FI seems tempremental and the shop who fixed it said it might be ok with a WI FI compatable Sim ? and will need looking at ?, they did download some apps using their own Sim.
You can still access the internet via 3G. £175 Collected from West london, or will swap / PX for a Cat back Magnex or Nur Spec R exhaust or W.H.Y. 0793902271.
What you see is what you get.

Too low mate, i've just spent £110 on replacing the bits listed, ear piece is less than £3 off Ebay but fitting looks a pain in the arse hence reason for selling.

If it does as I say then the connection is fine so you either have a faulty earpiece, (Easily sorted) or they can suffer another problem where the phone thinks it's got the headphones plugged in when it hasen't hence no earpiece!
Also there is no such thing as a WI-FI sim! It's the phone that has the wireless function, you can remove the sim if you wanted and still use it wirelessly! By doing this you effectivly have an Ipod!
