Boxerdog looking for a home.
I have a 7 year old boxer who is looking for a new home, his name is dexter - he is very affectionate but very dominant and cannot be put in a home with another dog/cat and only older children 15 and above.
I got him around 2 years ago from a friend who was going to take him the RSPCA but i jumped in to give him a home because i didnt like the idea of him going there, anyway two years on i already had two boxers at the time and dexter and floyd (big strong boxer of mine) really do not get along, they have scraps every now and then so i think it would just be better to rehome dexter which was always my intention in the first place its just taken a little longer than planned, you know how it gets!
If anybody is serious about giving him a home then please get in touch with me on either of the following..
msn, neallyons@hotmail.co.uk
Mobile, 07541598163
i will get back to you asap.
cheers.

they do get on but they have their moments and when they have their moments you have to be very quick to pull them apart or get out of the way because all hell breaks loose!!

I hate seeing these threads.
I had to rehome my Rotti before i moved up to Aberdeen.
Possibly the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Was bawling like a big window licking woose!
I had loads of peeps wanting her but I knew they wouldn't have the same time or dedication that I gave her.
In the end I gave her to a rotti and boxer rescue centre in Fife (great people),
it only took 3 weeks to get her a loving new home, they have since sent me pictures of her in the new home playing with, of all things a couple of kittens. Nasty scary Rotties eh?
Looks really happy now, but she was all over the place on the run up to the hand over. I think she knew what was going on.
Hope your boxer gets what he deserves.
Good luck
