As title , looking for a new helmet around £300 any advise

Yeah go and try some on and make your own mind up, i like shoei's and hate arai as they dont fit my head properly but thats my head and there will be plenty out there that love arai as they will fit there heads perfectly. So dont listen to anyone who swears by one brand and slags the rest off cause whats perfect for one head might be shite for another head
