I've just finished fabricating the exhaust system which took my a few days of cutting welding and polishing, it now looks factory.

Now I need to take the engine out to do the wiring loom, then fit the chain then its ready to go

Engine is a 150 electric start which I have tunned and had dyno'd at 18.6bhp

This is how the bike started when I bought it

Here is the dyno plot of the engine

May fit a cnc head and bigger bore cylinder in the future which would get me in the mid 20's

I've adapted an ATC185 front drum hub to fit my narrower ATC70 front forks

I had to machine it down and weld on the central hub to a different offset to fit

Then I shotblasted it and powder coated it up

P1000814.jpg

I also completed the exhaust system, I bought in some stainless diary bends and cut and shut the exhaust system I bought to make it fit correctly

Once i'd smoothed and polished the welds it looks like one continious piece of tube

P1000816.jpg

I also fitted a new front wheel and tyre, just need to get round to fitting the new rear wheels and tyres to suit

I'm recently installed some new rear hubs from an ATC200x which allow me to fit 4/110 stud wheels

I also decided to lighten them to reduce rotational mass, Here is the before and after shots of them.

I then shotblasted and powder coated them myself too, so now there all installed on the bike.

Got the new rear wheels and tyres on now to match the fronts, so it looks alot better now, need to take some pics

Also got the wiring 95% there so not long left to go before its all finished
