Too many posts.. I need a life!!
you can do the whole lot in one go, thats what i did,
they dothe cbt first, then after that the main training then at the end of the week, you should have your test,
i had a 3 day course.was about £500

best way is direct access, all my friends with bikes my brother and myself all went the direct access route and all past first time. Hurry up and get it done before the gouvernment make it literally impossible to pass the test.

Yeah you need the theory mate.
I did my CBT, then i booked my theory right away. As soon as id passed my theory i did a 5 day direct access course with test at end. Bloody failed as i put my foot down on U turn Only got 3 minors other than that...passed second time with one minor though

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
As above a 3 or 5 day should get you through the test but beware what bike you get after this if you're not an experienced rider.
Seen quite a few people pass their test in 3/5 days then go out and buy a R6/R1 and slide it down the road after a week or so.
Remember there's a lot of difference riding with the instructor talking to you or being followed by an examiner than 'real' road riding

I would recommend from personal experience to get a bandit 600 or something for first bike. Not everyone will agree with me, and i didnt get one lol, but the sports 600 is just so different from the ER500, or whatever you do your das on, that its quite difficult to leanr to ride, as afterall, on the das you only learn to pass not ride properly! I wish id gone this route!
