Found your way on here then mate! Mate the put a post up about your problems, someone here will give you the right answer. Sounds like my old car did when it was running OFAC loom on OFAB ECU? The CVH only needs one wire for the temp so just try connecting one and see if it works (you will know stright away) then try the other if not. Failing that try earthing one and doing it again.

not as yet not too woried at the moment at least the fans working even if its manual lol

hi there i have a mk5 escort xr31 cosworth rep and have just fitted a fiesta rs turbo efi engine with midland t3 turbo on ofac loom and i now have run in to problems ,,car starts and eventuly idles but when throttle is pressed fully it seems to hesitate and missfire i havnt swaped no wires just plug and play , and only have one wire for temp sensor but zetec section has two wires please help as im pulling my hair out with this project thanks ben ,,
