To start a new thread: Once into the relevant room, in the top left hand corner there should be a button that says " New Thread" press that, this will open up a new screen, where you can enter your tittle and what ever message you want, then click, "submit new thread".

To reply to a thread: at the bottom of each thread, there is a box titled "Quick Reply", type your message in here, then press the "Post quick reply" button.
