NO, I don't do diesels, and would never answer someone I didn't know a question like this, no offence intended.
Heating oil can be bought in containers from oil suppliers though, they will even allow you to fill up a container from their tanks, but buying in small amounts you don't get the big discounts that you can get for buying bulk in the summer when demand is low.
Clever ?, think you've contacted the wrong person ha ha!!
I think mondeo is a no go, the disc height is 47mm on most mondy of 260mm, the RS2000(91-95) disc is 260mm and 58mm height, I would look for calipers from rst(escort) series 2, as these discs are the same as the RS2000, also xr4i(2wd from 83-87) is the same again, as is xr4x4 2.9 from 90-93.
These would be much easier to get and use the same height disc, and 260mm size, the discs are thicker but obviously with the calipers off the same donor car there's no problem, fords are pretty universal like that.
Hope this helps, but with the mondy being a different height by 11mm they are not going to fit and line up.
I'd look on ebay rather than breakers, xr4i stuff going to be very cheap, I've thrown them away in the past!!
hi there you seem a very clever person from reading your posts may i ask you about my xr2i i have the origional 14 inch wheels and want to keep them so a brake upgrade would involve the escort rs 2l 260 mm discs and calipers, would the ones from a mondeo fit on as these are a bit more readily available if so what year and or model should i ask from a breaker? thank you for your time steve.
