Default Sky Insurance

If Sky Insurance act as a broker, the middle man between myself and the company providing the policy, how can they threaten to cancel my policy because i haven't paid them a £25 admin charge?

It takes the piss, only reason I'm being charged is because I missed a direct debit by 30p! And then when I tell them I'll pay it if they can breakdown the figure to show how it costs them £25, the girl on the phone got all defensive and kept referring me back to the t & c's. It doesn't cost that much to tap a few keys on a keyboard.
