Default lease cars?

Quick question, if i get a lease car do i then have to get my own insurance or will that be covered in the lease? i know peugeot are doing the just add fuel thing with insurance included, but am wondering if any others are like this.

Any help much appreciated

No they do it all for you have friend that leases his car all in withthe price and on the 3rd year it takes it back and gets a new car

Normally when insurance is included in the deal, the excess on any claims is very high, so you need to read the small print.

also the car has to be in good resalable condition when you hand it back, they are getting to be right sods about condition now, they don't like any scratches at all.

thanks for the info guys, and yeah ill check all the small print for excesses etc now you've mentioned them, and yeah swapping after three years was my plan, get a nice cheap one as its cheaper than insuring my old escort and using the money saved for a cossie when enough has been saved, and i keep my cars as tidy as possible mate so hopefully scratches shouldn't be a problem hopefully lol
