Stress and anxiety leading to anger issues

Anyone one suffer from the or have? My head is a fooking mess I'm gonna have to see the doctors I can't cope, it's been worse since my 4yr old had her last op it's affecting my relationship, it starts of as nothing and before I know it were in a raging row. My heart goes ten to the dozen sweating and shaking

Not as bad as that but i tend to let things build up then lose it in a similar way.

Definitely try and get some decent advice mate.

I will mate 7yrs ago I was all good I had a brief spell inside the millitry corrective training centre. were I had a whole host of councling due to loosing a mate in Iraq upbringing and after I was really well, but it's all gone to pot again!

not surprising TBH.

Youre in a situation of which you have no control whatsoever combined with the fact that serious illness, especially in children, seems both so unfair and traumatic.

My other half suffers from this in a big way, she lost it on monday which resulted in her shouting the odds at me for about four hours and now hasn't and wont speak to me since.

Ex g/f is the same had a very bad past and things still rearing there ugly head but wont get help for it to stubborn and proud to see a councellor etc and her so called mates play on it and manipulate to get out of her what they want and nots whats best for her.
