erm in not sure rely im using it for mainly road use ans cardio in the mornings at the moment but i have off road wheels, im currectly using a 20 inch GT steel frame which is abit to big for me

a 16 inch gt chucker frame came up cheap so im going to use that as a bast buts its totaly bare except a crank which is no good to me

ive got new tektro v brakes, and new shram gears that intend (apart front front mech as i need top pull now) to use and my wheels but i need everything else

this is when it gets complicated for me

i want suspension forks with lock outs but dont no how to go about gettin everything else, head set, stem, i want riser bars how do i measuere stuff what do i need?

also need a crank as my sr ones abit work i no its square taper that i need thats it

rock shox do alot of lock out forks, they'll be 1 1/8 steerer on that i would imagine, so stems and everything are common, just choose one you like, it'll be an ahead syste,, to you can use stem stackers to get the bar height right once you've got everything u need.
I'd go for a fairly low rise on stem/bars for road use.

I got some lockout marzocchi forks. All mountain twos. Freshly serviced and put back in box as my spare pair. Manual box and pump included if you're interested? As for forums I think all the MTV ones are full of pre pubescent wankers!

You're gonna try using a quill-type stem in A-headset forks?
