What car should i get?

I will be getting my license back in the next few weeks after my ban and im looking to get a new car. I had a Mini Cooper S and an Ibiza FR before i was banned, but i have now left my job and am going back to college in August so wont be getting a car on finance. Ill be looking to spend about £2500 and have considered these 4 cars as possibles. Dont worry, i have checked insurance and its not as bad as youd think!

Fiesta Zetec S:

Corsa Sport 1.6:

Punto GT Turbo:

106 GTi:

Mate used to have one, nice looking imo and pretty nippy. But it feels like your sitting on top of the car rather than in it

Had one was very impressed with the handling only problem felt to small.
Quick car when modded, comes with leathers. Here mine I sold.

A punto was the worst car ive EVER driven in my 8 years of driving, ok it wasnt a GT but same shape, was awful in every way, would never buy a fiat.

So out of those 3, the 106 would be quicker than the corsa and zetec s, and handle better, so its a no brainer for me

What happened to a cossie or an FRS!?

I would probably go for the Zetec S out of the options. Although the 106's are decent cars too.

Seen a silver 106 for sale through in Rosyth, next to the roundabout heading onto the m90.
Not sure if it was a gti or a Quicksilver but was around £1250-£1650, wasnt quite sure.

probably a quicksilver with GTI badges as most of them are

GTI badges alone add 20 bhp

he's just come off a ban coldo, insurance on a cossy or frs will cost as much as a house !!!

only problem with 106 gtis is there is just nuthink to then my mate bumped his and was not even fast into back of his g/f (haha long story) but wings bumper bonnet slam panal and rad were all fucked after a 10mph crash r good little cars but to common and normly chaved lol

1. 106 if you can cope with the 17 year old Max Power knobber image, great little cars

2. Zetec S, better image (even though ZS owners have the anoying habbit of bouncing their cars of the rev limiter whilst stationary at car shows. Might be me but I just don't get it.

No 3 and 4 as I don't class the Punto or Corsa as cars they are the drippy snotty nose of the automotive world

Ye my mate used to have 1 and it used to feel so top heavy and as if it was going to tip over but i think it was probably cause you felt so high up in the car, weird feeling for a sporty car imo.

My choice would be a crx vtec for your budget, faster than all the above more reliable and very economical but its down to taste i suppose

I was thinking that lol.

Fiesta is group 8, Corsa is group 10, Pug is group 13 and punto is group 14.

And a clio sport is group 18. Think my insurance company would book a holiday for the full office if i tried to insure that now
