Phone help required:
Finally left PAYG and gone for a contract with Orange.
Ordered a new phone and have 2 questions for the PF massive..
1) The Nokia 6680. Anything i need to know? Should it go straight on Ebay? http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,8764,71025,00.html
2) Does this work or is there a better alternative?

As for teh deal, it suits me and seems ok TBH...
I was on PAYG and was actually just asking for a statement for my accountant when the lass strted to take me over to contract for my own good.. lol bless her.
Ł30 PM.
200minutes cross network anytime of day.
500 messages.
Cant be bad surely? Seemed ok to me and is less than im spending on PAYG for about 4x the airtime

well on o2 i just got 1000texts and 400mins for 45quid. no danger of going over that! phone was free (as im sure yours was-or a small charge maybe) but i also got a bluetooth headset into the deal for free. contract is the way to go. check out the o2 site, you get 14days if you decide you want to send the phone back whatever company you choose

Another consideration to me is if i do ocasionally exceed my quota, most my mates and my missus are on Orange, so that adds up to some damage limitation in my personal case.. lol

Orange have amazing reception though. I pay 40 for 500mins and 500 txts. That phone is smaller than the one u got at the mo stu, and does shit loads.

Still.. i can Ebay this for about Ł250 and get a quick sale and pick up a 6230i i guess, so no damage done.

nice to see Orange looking after existing customers like they say they do on their adverts...
why are companies focused on getting new customers in but forgetting about existing ones?????
