RS 500 Original Bumper refurbishment

I'm building an RS500 Replica and needed the front bumper to finish it off, took the plunge and bought this RS 500 original bumper complete from Neil RS Classic cars which needed work. I'm no expert and body work is not my day job, but gave it a good go, prep work near done, used the fliexible black filler, plan is to do the splitter in satin black and get the body shop to spray this in white. The previous owner had cut this up to allow larger rims, and was very awkward to built the sides up. Any tips or ideas are welcame please.
