Cool New member, might be looking to get a Cougar

Hi all,.. just thought I'd introduce myself on the forum.

I drive a couple of Audis at the moment, An original A6 quattro TDi 5 pot and a 1987 Coupe quattro.

Been thinking recently of getting a Cougar.
I wanted one when they were new, but was young and didn't have the money. But now they are like £275 + So I'm very tempted to give one a go

Not 100% sure yet, but if I do, it might be an interesting project.

Anyways,.. Hello!

Welcome to PassionFord. A Cougar would certainly be an unusual project but you may find parts hard to find now.

Welcome to the site.

Ive had a v6 Cougar and to honest, i really liked it.
They drive really well, smooth power delivery, smooth on the road.
The usual mods really turn it into a bit of a power train.
Engines are pretty bulletproof which helps.

Good luck
