Does a mk2 focus engine fit in a mk1
Does a mk2 Ford Focus engine fit in a mk1 focus the reason I ask is I know the mk1 engine fits in the transit connect and I wanted to put a mk2 st225 engine in my van but before I commit to buying it I wanted to know if it would fit the front sub frames look the same

There was a build thread for someone doing the very conversion on here some years ago, dunno if it was ever finished, the users name was Jacko I think.
