Hi Guys.

I joined the forum for some valuable info, as you do ��

I've been out of the cossie scene for nigh on ten years and after finishing my metro I wondered who the go to guys are in the Essex area to get it (pardon the old terminology) 'chipped' and set up.

I believe it's on a L6 ecu that had an 8 injector chip in it but it's now running just 4 greens.

I'm after having it set up and anti lag fitted. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Wow.....I do love the 6R4 shape...is there a build thread anywhere? I have a Cossied 4x4 Pug 205 with the T16 kit on it...would love this to join it.

Do you want proper working anti lag or just some pops n bangs for effect? I think true anti lag takes a bit more than l8. I have got anti lag on my vipec but Mark Shead said it did very little other than make the noise. I have turned mine on once to check the switch worked lol, never used the launch control.

What's the story of the car, is it a space frame with fibreglass body? It's proper cool regardless, is it 4wd too?

Is Mark still offering mapping now Ahmed has passed away. Or will it be the same as most other tuners, throw a chip in it off the shelf and hope for the best.

As above...what Coley says. Mark Shead knows his onions on the l8 etc but no longer maps them. He is mainly doing Emtron plus Autronic and Vipec....if you asked him what to put on a car now I am 99% sure he would go Emtron

If its a P8 then for a setup and add ons such as lag ect then either Tony at Turbo Systems or Karl Norris . If you going for a upgraded ecu speak to Mark Shead l If grove can off you a service at the mo to I would see the others above
