Saffy wheels. Lattice or shark tooth?
Just acquired a J plate saffy in black. Wanting to put standard wheels on it, but should they be lattice or shark tooth? I love the shark tooth wheels personally, but what's everyone's opinion please?
Also if anyone has some, please pm me.

Nice Martyn, I want to get one next year, I loved them back in the day, never owned one though, came very close once but bought a white 90 spec S2 RS Turbo instead.Had two mk3 Astra GSI, Cav GSI and many cav mk2 SRI 130 back in the day.MK2 GTE 16v is on my shortlist Martyn, gonna be mighty expensive in a year or two so I better get my skates on.

If it has the swoopy dash with the fog and screen lights in a square and the led in top you need the later type
If they are in a line then the early versions

Better engine in the very early GTE 16V cars as no cat and cos cast head etc.I think the early cars were 156 bhp.
Thanks. Lee.

As said, the earlier J plates had the lattices but the Sharktooths look a hell of a lot nicer!
Me personally I'd put it on Sharktooths if I wanted to go to a standard wheel, I'd rather roll on 3 spokes or those teddy bear wheels than lattices! Can't stand them!

I do like them myself one of the few good vauxhalls made, some numpty round from my mum bought 4 mk2 astras think 3 of them where gte's and he stripped all of them what a waste. He bought them all off the same bloke who had them for years.

If you look closely they're actually the 5-slot Cav Gsi alloys rather than the 4-slot CDi ones
