A first class job that, as much as my van looks good on the outside, the shuts have not been touched and I'd have loved a job like that to have been done on mine.

I see there's a few people on here that are professional, or experienced DIYers, at wrapping.

I'd like to wrap the roof of my Fabia in gloss black. I'd like to give it a go myself, i can only make an arse of it and waste a few quid before taking it to a professional.

Where's the best place to buy some good film? Ideally some that has the air release system so it's a bit more forgiving and i can reposition if necessary.

Cheers, i had a look on their websites but can't see how to buy online.

I'd rather buy online, plus those places are hundreds of miles from me.

Any other suggestions?

Maybe someone on here will sell it to you.

I just wrapped my car in metallic orange and new gloss carbon. Still need to do finishing touches.

I own a graphics company but don't offer wrapping even tho I'm 3m and Hexis trained

How did you find doing it? All i want to do is my Fabia roof, not a complex shape and not a lot of trimming so hopefully it should go well.

That's pretty straight forward. Just watch you tube as there's as few good demos and just take your time.

Make sure the material is bigger than what you need and it is as clean as possible as anything underneath it will show through

Cheers, i'' go Ng to clean and polish the roof panel a few days before i do it. I won't wax or seal it though as that'll probably weaken the grip on the adhesive but it will be mega-clean.

Still looking for somewhere to buy gloss black 3m though
