Default Mk3 Mondeo tdci hatchback tow car

Anybody tow with a mk3 Mondeo hatchback?

I have passed my B+E trailer test last week so that's no longer an issue, I want to get a better suited tow vehicle in the future but for ford fair and a couple of other track days this year I was wondering about using the Mondeo I already have

The trailer il be using is a Brian James c4 and weights 670kg

My fiesta track car weighs 1200kg

This is my chassis plate with weight limits on it

Although maybe not the best tow vehicle can I tow my track car with it now that I have my B+E license

Thanks
Marc

I had never towed or reversed a trailer before so went for the middle course of 16 hours with test included and it was £681

To be fair I got on really well and could of gone for the 12 hours and test at a cost of £549

That was from a company in Basildon Essex called RSM, I also done my 7.5 ton with them a few years back

I'm suprised your firsta weights that,my 4x4 sierra only weighs 1170
I towed my race car all over with my ST tdci mondeo no problem
think the towing limit of them mk3 is 1800 so your just over, but it's all the other crap mam etc that counts with vosa.

Have now sold the Mondeo and going for a ford ranger with 2.8 or 3.0 ton tow capacity so more than enough
