Default Anyone got contact details for Ronnie amis?

Bought a t5 gearbox off him over 2 years ago for £600, have paid £350 and had nothing but excuses for 2 years saying it's getting checked over, he doesn't come on here anymore so have been Facebook messaging him but he's now ignoring my messages. Got a feeling he's sold it to someone else. Anyone know him or got any contact details? Not good when things like this happen!

Thanks mate it's not good and I can't rest until I get my money back or the box, I wouldn't mess anyone around if I was in this position selling something and wouldn't expect it back, his address would be good I can go knock his door then I need to sort this!

The amount of utter scum in the car scene these days is amazing.

Hopefully you will get a dribbling excuse and your money back - good luck

I'd be tempted to get the police involved, or at least take Civil Court action

I'm sure the thief wouldn't like a CCJ against his name

These are the facts I'm aware of from the OP

- Bought a t5 gearbox off him over 2 years ago for £600

- have paid £350 and had nothing but excuses for 2 years saying it's getting checked over

- have been Facebook messaging him but he's now ignoring my messages

You have then helpfully made him look even worse by then saying:

- he has asked if you could message him on Facebook

Oh right, the same facebook he's been totally ignoring him on for the past couple of years

What an utter thundercunt he sounds like. Well at least it seems I'm right, as soon as he gets outed in public the dribbling excuse comes out

I don't have Facebook but I'm told Facebook sends some messages to another folder that you have to find yourself? I heard of someone where their family had messaged them to say a distant relative had died and they found the message a year later

So this idiot just had £350 off this poor lad then never though to do anything about it?

A honest person would make contact to the sender of the money, even if the hardly believable story you are trying to spin is correct.

Each time you post you just make the guy look worse. Not that he needs your help

To be frank you are boring me now and I'm not going to rise to it.. I know loads of people on hear who can vouch for my word and tbh I'm sure no one cares what you think..

From what I remember If you contact someone on facebook who is not on your friends list/ you are not on theirs, then the messages go to another inbox from what I recall and facebook don't send you any notifications to make you aware of this.

I think it is to stop people being hassled by stalkers etc

Hope it gets resolved quickly Lee, both you guys were regulars on here for a long time.

Have managed to get his number now with help from people on here and have sent a text, no reply yet but we will see. I'm not friends with him on Facebook but he received the message and didn't reply, he has received and replied a few times in the past. Hopefully we can sort it out.

Very worrying he's not just paid you back though, particularly given how snake like he's been to get in touch with
