What are you wanting to do. All the injectors are coded to the ecu so if you dont put them in the right order the engine light will come on.

Hi
I've got a fault on number 3 injector but there are lots of stores regarding the way there numbered
Some say it's the cylinder number right to left and some say it's the firing order.
Just don't want to remove the wrong injector.
Are you sure you need to code them, I was told that's just on the newer models.
Many thanks
Pancho

Cheers for that because that's what I gambled on yesterday when I started stripping it down.

Now I'm just trying to find the right injector
A new one £250 so will be looking out for a secondhand one or refurbished injector.

They don't need coding in mate.just plug and play. The last ones that needed coding in were mk3 mondeo's and mk6 transit's.

If they do need coding does the motor still run and just show a fault on the ecu
Or will the motor not run ?
