Cosworth head bolt and bam bolt removal sequence????.

Just about to start striping my motor for an over haul whilst I'm waiting for the car to come back from the painters but need to know the head bolt and cam cap bolt removal orders.

centre left then right then the 2 above them, then the 2 below and so on, basically centre working to the front and back
as for the cam caps I just do them uniformally slowly taking time not to undo one too far at a time
I stripped mine this way last week
