700bhp
#121
I really don't care what you believe mate. Mr. Datron is good enough for me, independent in a mag article. My old rwd did 5.1 on the 16th September 2004 with 730bhp. If you are saying it cant do that now with 850bhp I have to accept that because its not been timed since that day. Its faster than any Cossie you have owned or been in so perhaps it can do what I have stated.
With 730bhp it is possible to do low 5's.. so why not?
Do the math... 650bhp high 5's... I believe you anyway with 700+ hp!

thats a list of time cars from 100 to 200km/h
100-200 kph (62-124 mph) times for various cars and motorcycles
I've seen a quite a few references to 100-200 kph times on the forum as of late, so I thought I'd put together a quick reference list of some cars and motorcycles for those that are using the times to compare acceleration capability.

I don't think I would like to pay for that gearbox replacement when it shits itself. All that power going through what I assume is a 4wd system (as most were) and then sticky tyres launching like that....it would make my ฃ6k Oppliger box look pretty cheap I would think.

I need an EEK! smiley now.
My friend (The guy with the SLS and Cayman R that I told to call you, Mark) has 2 GT3 RS's and he asked how much a new engine might be if he popped one and those were well north of ฃ25k and similar for a full rebuild...Luckily the Metzger engines dont fail but he was worried after his 993 RS engine dropped a collet at about 5000 rpm at Brands and that was ฃ24k to rebuild!

I know the Lamborghini stuff is silly prices. I hear that brake discs and pads are silly money on the early stuff but it can all be found at sensible money if you find out the type of discs etc...

Have you seen the guy that has the super car experience fleet and someone stuffed his Murci. It cost a HUGE AMOUNT to totally rebuild it, I think it was something like ฃ100k

The yanks favour a 60-130 test, anything half decent this would add a fair bit less than 1s to any 62-124mph test.
Some are very fast indeed !although probably most derived from drag strip runs with superb traction as opposed to lesser surfaces.

I always do mph when I do it, I had no kph plots that's why I had to reinstall it.
plenty of fast everything out there somewhere, just makes me laugh, ive seen a few on forums claiming 700 hp and thinking 30-130 mph in 11 seconds is quick and proves it lmao
all that proves is that they definatly havnt got anywhere near 700 hp lmfao

Use the VBox Test Suite software, it's a lot nicer to use than the other stuff.
You can choose either units, include 1ft rollout etc as per drag timing for standing start stuff.
