I need a heavy duty car cover as my cars having to live outside for abit, I've had 2 off eBay now 12quid one and a 35 quid one and both were utter shit!!

Anyone got an recommendations on where to get a good heavy duty one?

I got a great one from euro car parts and has a sip entry for drivers door, about £50 iirc

My advice would be don't! They attract damp, fuck the paint sideways with scratches and acidic water etching.


The interior won't breathe as well so will go mouldy far quicker.


Best to leave it uncovered in a sheltered area if you can.

I've seen paintwork micro blister due to car covers. I think they do more harm then good.

Luckily for me the cars going for a paint as its already shagged and the Interiors already out and in the loft lol, it's leaked in the past and I can't seem to stop it letting water in around this fuse box area so as I just spend the best part of a grand having all the previous leak related rot replaced Woth new metal I'm keen to keep it as dry as pos untill I finish my garage build lol, I've been looking to get a water proof breathable fleece lined one

It use to live under one but that's where the garage is going to be built and I don't have anymore room
