Efi rs turbo over fuelling anyone know about them

I've just bought a rs turbo cabriolet converted to efi it's over fuelling and high idle how do I turn the idle and adjust the co ? Thanks

the base idle screw is just under the throttle body where the pipe that goes to the idle control valve is if i can remember correctly you unplug the idle control valve set the base idle the plug it back in.
as for the co on the passengers side on the arch is a co adjuster looks like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RARE-FORD-...item3aae828eba just adjust it by turning the screw.
