9.5 years for me, now a happy man. I actually looked into working at ts tech just until I got myself back on my feet but the poor wage slightly put me off, only £7.20 or about that. Working under WTA aswell plus still an associate of HUM. I've yet to hear much positive about the car so could be a massive flop. The new John Cooper works are pretty cool, I've drove a few already.

The manner of driving by the majority of Honda employees in their Jazz's and civics on their way in and out of the plant is absolutely disgraceful. This alone has put me off ever wanting to own one lol. Even had one smack me up the arse and drive off getting on the M4 at the bottom of the 419 a few months ago.

So you're a line monkey? G.A? I was a process tech at Honda for 9.5 years. Basically as I mentioned a line monkey, do this 300 times, then do it again tomorrow and 3 days after that. Wasn't nothing to shout about really. Crap job, crap company(HUM), all process techs are bottomfeeders, cannon fodder, easy to replace, looked down upon from everyone else that was offline or better.
Stand there and watch you rush around like a tw@ sweat dripping on the floor, and they gather round to watch in anticipation... just waiting in hope to see you drop to the floor like a swatted fly.
Off course they could of assisted you in getting back up line, but nope.

I regularly saw accident damaged Honda in the car park. The driving as they left site was even worst as turning up for work.

Sounds a good job then lee! Honda wouldn't like you, they'd be scared to give you a good job as you'd outshine most people there. They've lost lots of skilled people over the years.
That also sounds about right often sight was wheel arch trim hanging off too.
