Default Is this my cutting out?

So my Focus has had problems ever since I took delivery of it back in February.
It's been back to the dealers 12 times and there's this one problem that remains.
When you've been using light throttle for a while and you go to accelerate it cuts out for a split second.

So I've had the laptop plugged in today and luckily it cut out on me and I found this...

The graph shows in order of top to bottom...
Throttle Position (%) in RED
Engine Speed (RPM) in GREEN
Road Speed (KPH) in LIGHT BLUE
Fuel Delivery/Flow (L/H) in PINK
Fuel Desired (MM³) in YELLOW
Fuel Rail Pressure (Volts) in BLUE
Inlet Manifold Pressure (kpa) in PINK
Mass Airflow (g/sec) in ORANGE
EGR Position (Volts) in RED
ECU Volts in GREEN.

At 1858.88s (half way) you can see on the top red line I have increased my throttle position. At which point the fuel delivery (PINK) and the Fuel Desired (YELLOW) have both nosedived to nearly zero before they start to increase.

And again at 1549.06 (1/3 from the left) you can actually see my RPM (Green) drop slightly as a result...

Is this the cutting out/bogging down/hesitation I'm feeling?
I'm now 100% sure this is a calibration issue as all the sensors are still reporting perfectly acceptable readings.

The 1.3 cdti diesel engines in the combo vans i work on do this. You can lift off the throttle then go back on it and there is a small flat spot.

This isn't a flat spot. It's the engine cutting out all together for a split second. Sends one hell of a jerk through the car too. Can't be doing my flywheel any good.
16 weeks since I took delivery. 12 visits to Ford and it's still not fixed.
Certainly will be the last Ford I ever buy.
