Default Ford blacks

Hi guys, what different blacks did ford use over the years ? as I have a black transit which needs a respray, so wondering what other blacks for used other than the special order Black (on the chassis tag) that my van is already painted as its rather dull black. Pictures showing the colours would be great.
Cheers

Do you want blacks for transits? Or just blacks in general? The nicest one they did IMO is ebony black, came on some cosies, looks stunning. This is my fiesta in ash black, does have a sooty grey look to it, not the best shade in my eyes

As far as I'm aware, I think the series 2 RS turbo was just known as black, but I'm sure someone here could correct me if I'm wrong.

Think the mk4 rst was a9 colour code
Don't think ford changed it till early 90s or even later
Shades might have changed but I'm sure a9 was fords pop black
