Default AB07 cam on standard engine

Hello people

Any here running a AB07 on the inlet side on a standard engine? I know most people like a BD14 on the side but I can't as don't have valve cuts and I've heard the AB07 is a good cam? What are people opinions on a inlet cam.

Cheers si

I have an AB07 on mine. No valve cuts outs needed and made a noticeable difference.

I have this cam but yet to fit it. Karl Norris advised me not to bother unless the car is over 350bhp and would need adjustable verniers to dial it on and gain the full benefit.

I was going to just drop it in there now, so it's in ready, but I will see no gains as it still has the same lift, just a more aggressive profile.
