Default Sierra/Escort Cosworth

Hi, I'm new the this forum so hello and can anyone give me any information?
I know the Escort RS Cosworth is on a shortened Sierra floor pan, but are all the suspension and steering parts the same?
I found a rusty Sierra Cosworth and have also seen the Escort Motorsport shell for sale on here and wondered how easy it would be to build the Escort up.
Thanks in advance Darren

As said above. I think the prop is shorter though.

Although a lot of the parts are visually similar & will fit, there are quite a few differences.

Different, spring rates, shocks, rear ARB, steering rack to name just a few

It depends if it's 2WD or 4x4, the former has different parts.

Otherwise, running gear (i.e. running gear/diff etc) although Escos is YBT, and brakes are the same as a 4x4.

Thanks for the replays.
Yes it is a 2wd saff, and and I was looking to build the Escort rwd also.
So I'm thinking the parts will fit, but won't be right.

If it's going 2wd then I guess it's irrelevant whether the parts are correct.

IIRC the only thing you'll need to change is the prop & exhaust, everything else will bolt straight on
