Default Check this Engine spec out, very strange

Was talking to this lad on a clio site and he posted up this pic and spec of his RST, ive never heard of anything so crazy!. but if it works then it works, is he on here ?
ive copied and pasted it from the site

http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/a...heels001-2.jpg

Spec

block bored to 1900

mercedes cosworth 2.3l pistons with triumph V8 stag conrods and 1.8 cvh crank (lightened and balanced)

Lightened and balanced flywheel

head fully ported and polished and matched to gaskets including throttle butterfly

stage 3 hybrid turbo

Ahmed Bayjoo mapped ECU

-31 actuator running 18psi

GRS twin pass intercooler

kent fast road cam and adjustable vernier pulley

Janspeed stainless straight-through exhaust

uprated and strengthened gearbox with a shorter 1st and longer 5th

I've also removed the ABS system - it's quite heavy and not the most modern system, although I don't have ABS now the brakes seem to be a lot better than before.

I think that's everything!

Once finished it should give more power than my cup and is slightly lighter too
