Default Mondeo 2.0 TDCI Wont start!!

My mondeo was really difficult to start and took like 5-10Sec to start!!!

I have changed the glow plugs and tried to start it and it didnt ARGHH

When it started up previously the engine made the car really shakey and it would cut off at 4th gear.

Im going to get it plugged into a computer tomorrow but i would just like to know what i could possibly do?

The car had New diesel filter (Or what ever is in the front) done by the previous owner not long ago
New Glow plugs
Cleaned EGR

Is it possible that its a missfire on one of the cylinders?

Ive cleaned the EGR and went to work, started it after work and it just smoked badly black, got home and noticed the bottom EGR Pipe was off and then started it for the last time to move it out the way and it stood unused for a day.

I got it plugged in and had numerous codes at the start then cleared and at cranking i got P2291 (Low fuel pressure) which doesnt specify where i have the fuel pressure problem , It started when i sprayed deodorant to the air filter, run but still had the Limp mode problem, Went to a mechanic hes book in full for a while but advised me to change the fuel filter. Any other ways i could find out where i have the low pressure?
