Did 3 doors come with a sump gaurd / under tray ?

As above I have a 3 door just now and it has metal ribbed under tray fitted
Haven't looked in detail yet but guy said it was a ford item , had loads of 3 doors but never seen one , anybody else got one ?

Certain lhd markets had options for guards for the tank etc for the normal Sierra so its possible one of those type options has been fitted, or the later 4x4 cosworth one. Never seen it myself though
