Hello.. Could someone explain the correct way of setting up the tps sensor please

That's a bit random.

Could you give any clues as to what TPS, what car, engine, ecu etc ?

As above but if the RST you should get around 2 mm before you hear a click

However, I followed this and it still wasn't perfect. When I had my car setup by Tony @ Turbosystems his gizmo machine thing (whatever the hell it was) said it was still 2% out, so we adjusted it again and it was running like a totally different car.
