Default Dodgy ebay adverts?

I've noticed these ebay listings, for nice desirable cars at very low prices. The advert start with 'To get in contact easier please provide your mobile number'
What's the catch?!

Obvious scam

Sellers only been registered for a few days and got a diverse range of vehicles at low prices.

It's so amateurish it's got to be a school kid.

Old listings;

probably a dodgy seller , possibly a broker that sells on someones behalf,
but won`t pay ebay fees
no item location included, , under a rock in GB somewhere,
crafty scammers need a decent upper-cut to the jaw
no doubt they want a deposit up front,
you may never see the goods zero feedback always be wary
when it sounds too good to be true . . . you know the rest

Ive noticed a few car parts which if someone else was selling them they would be 3 times as much. The parts have cheap bids on them then near the end of the bid the seller retracts the parts from the bid. Then a few weeks later they reappear.

Its similar to when some cars and parts sell a few weeks later they are back up for sale.
