Remove the starter motor and there will be a hole behind it to insert a key to lock the crank.

Then a 6mm drill bit to lock the cam. There will be a hole in the Cam pully and a hole in the block.

Not at all!
I'm assuming the relay uses a DW12 engine?

as above it all pins up so is foolproof really shouldnt have to take starter off if you have the correct flywheel locking pin

Turn the crank slowly and hold a suitably sized drill bit in the hole and it should lock into a hole in the flywheel. Unsure what size drill bit is required for the crank!

The crankshaft pulley has to have the key way central in the pulley too. Had it before where van wouldnt start. There is a pin for this in the kit for this engine.
