Yeah I got my money back on Friday. The police phoned him and got his answer phone and then phoned his wife on the 19th, told her in no uncertain terms that he would be charged with fraud if he didn't pay me my money back. On the 20th I had a Facebook message from him saying that they had sorted the CSA stuff with bank and I would have my money back by the following Friday. Sounded like bullshit to me as if he gets paid in dollars like me from a company out with the uk the CSA can't do anything! Also as far as I know CSA doesn't technically exist anymore or take on new cases. I know this because my mate across the st had a run in with them last year and my mate on the same rig did too. So more bullshit as far as I can see. I may be wrong but a couple of close mates that have experienced it recently have said this wouldn't happen. If anybody has any problems in the future please note that the police have started a file on him so that they can use my experience and any others if anyone reports it, some sort of national system that each force can see.

this sounds exacty the same as someone has put on one of the car groups on facebook. different name but same situation, same scam, same stalling tactics and excuses. same area too. how strange. funnily enough he also works abroad in the same job. spooky or what!!!!

He wanted to buy a complete saph off me,gave him a week and nothing but bullshit from him so broke it,eventually got in contact saying he had no signal even though he seen the messages.
Currently in debt with his landlord for his unit where his cossies are,the landlord has took items to the value of the rent till he pays as he is avoiding him.
Complete timewaster but to be fair he does have some money's worth of cars and parts so must stick to his word sometimes,personally I wouldn't deal with him.

Takes alot to swallow your pride mate but it says alot about you.
Remember the cops actually did start a file on him, if he owes you money go to them. It's part of some fraud prevention team. They said they were doing it because these guys never stop doing this sort of thing. Worth a try. I got my money back after I got the cops involved.
