Nope, floor pans are different. You can mod Escoet seats into a Fiesta but not the other way.

You may be able to strip the runners and refit the ones from your original Escort seats. I can't say for certain as I've not done it

with recaros either way its just width of the sides so 2 flat bars and its easy

normal mk3 fiesta seats have integral subs and are shite

They are fiesta turbo recaro's leathered up just thought be cheaper to retrim my rear bench and door cards and slot them in if I only need change the runners

FRST seats front mounting is on the vertical axis straight into a box section supporting the seat. On the mk4 Escort the front mounting is on the horizontal axis through a tab hanging from the runner into the supporting box section.
