So what time do we have to be there in the morning to be ready and parked up? Can we leave at any time too? Never been on a stand so i dont have a clue.
Right its simply a case of turning up on stand and getting parked in some sort of order/display between 7-9am before the public gates open then you simply enjoy the show or hang out on the stand totally up to you, and you are free to leave whenever you like as we are not the maffia
anything is possible if there is enough interest and if money is paid, as regalia I want to tackle in the next few weeks such as stickers, t shirts and hoodys etc

great stuff, had a few designs to look into for hoodies but I think I have found the best option for embroidered ones rather than vinyl type and they do fleeces and polo shirts too
Ford Fair is usually hot? Why hoodies? Go for tshirts for sure! And after the last couple of years with the fucking wasps!!!! No bright colours!!!
I've got a place near me that makes vinyls. Wouldn't it be best to just get PassionFord like its written at the top of the page?
we are here all year round not just the summer, and do you remember last summer it was fricking freezing and ford fair was cold and wet, so I have my fingers crossed we actually get some nice weather in august
heres rough mock up designs which may or may not go ahead which is what the company sent me, and all logos and writing are stitched not iron on
I'll be up for this, my series 2 will be ready after extensive resto, so be good to get it in the show for ford fair!

as reguards costs of hoodies, I was quoted Ł22 and t shirts were Ł12.50 and thats for embroidered not stick on type, available in most colours and sizing too, all orders take 3 weeks to process from payment date, FF tickets we are taking payments on now
or it gonna be out in the sticks miles out the way
I was on the phone today with future publishing and its looking good is all I can say, they have not done a detailed plan yet and prob wont until late july but we are in with a good shout and I will be talking to them again next week over other things ,and all clubs have to get their entrys in by late june
